Formerly the Anne Veck Salon Kelly who has worked with Anne for many years is now the new owner, hence the name change to Kelly’s Hair Oxford. You will find the same friendly faces when you visit and we are still all about sustainability. The salon you know and love is still there just a different name over the door!
